Promising candidates aiming for senior officer positions are supported in their studies and teamed up with experienced senior officers to provide a stable team onboard. Laurin Maritime offers the possibility to rotate between its ships in order to enhance experience and knowledge of the officers and crew.
The bulk of Laurin Maritime's senior officers are Swedish while Filipino junior officers and ratings constitute the majority of the balance of the crews. The Company also recruits junior officers and ratings from Eastern Europe and Mexico.
